As of 1st January 2023, the age limit of the applicants for TNSTC Driver and TNSTC Conductor posts must be as follows depending on the category they belong to:

• For OC Candidates: 24 to 40 Years
• For BC/ MBC/ DNC/ SC/ ST Candidates: 24 to 45 Years
• For OC (Ex-S) Candidates: 24 to 50 Years
• For BC/ MBC/ DNC/ SC/ ST (Ex-S) Candidates: 24 to 55 Years

TNSTC Driver and Conductor Eductaional Qualifications

To be eligible for the TNSTC Driver and TNSTC Conductor recruitment, the applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must have passed 10th standard.
• Should be able to read and write in Tamil.
• Must possess a Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence with 18 months of experience as on 01.01.2023.

The TNSTC has released the exam pattern for the TNSRC Driver and Conductor Recruitment.

• The exam will be held for 100 questions and each question carries 1 mark.
