TN TET Paper II Result & Final Answer Key Out! This is for Notification No. 01/2022. The exam was conducted from 3rd February 2023 till 15th February 2023. Candidates submitted objections against the provisional answer key till 25th February 2023. The Teachers Recruitment Board of Tamil conducts the examination called TN TET (Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test) to certify Primary and Upper Primary Level Teachers. The candidates who are willing to apply for the examination can check all the basic details like eligibility criteria, know to apply for the examination, etc. The candidates who don’t satisfy the TN TET Eligibility Criteria cannot write the examination.

  • The candidate who is applying for the TN TET examination should pass a higher secondary or equivalent degree with at least 50% of the marks.
  • Candidates should have a Diploma/Bachelor's degree from the college which is recognized.
  • There are two examinations: Tamil Nadu TET Paper I for Class 1 to 5 and Paper-II for Class 6 to 8.

3rd January 2023: TN TET Paper II Exam Dates Out!

The exam dates for Paper II of TN TET have been released by the board. This is for notification no. 01/2022. The exam will be conducted from 31st January 2023 till 12th February 2023. Check the notice given below for more details.

Educational Qualification for TN TET Exam 2022

Below are the Paper wise Educational Qualifications for TN TET exam 2022.

Paper

Minimum Educational Qualification

Paper I
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma of Elementary Education
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 45% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma of Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE.
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma of Elementary Education(Special Education)
  • Graduation and passing or appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma of Elementary Education(Special Education).
  • Graduation with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final examination of Bachelor in Education

Paper II
  • Graduation and passing or appearing for the final year of 2-year Diploma of Elementary Education.
  • Graduation with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final examination of Bachelor in Education.
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 45% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year Bachelors in Education in accordance with NCTE.
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 4-year Bachelors in Elementary Education.
  • The Candidate must have passed higher secondary(Or equivalent Degree) with at least 50% of marks and passed or appearing for the final year of 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
  • Graduation and passing or appearing for the final year of a 2-year Diploma of B.ed(Special Education).
  • Any Candidate who has qualified B.ed from the university which is recognized by the government.

The Candidates who wish to apply for the TN TET exam must be Indian.

TN TET Apply Online 2022

Here are the steps to apply for TN TET exam

Step 1: Click on the following link, you will be redirected to the official website of the Teachers Recruitment Board of Tamil Nadu Official Website

Step 2: Find the Notification for “TN TET Online Application 2022”.

Step 3: Choose the paper you want to attempt and click on it.

Step 4: Fill in the details like name, address, contact details, father's name, email id, etc; and click on I agree and submit.

Step 5: Registration ID and Password will be sent to your Email address.

Step 6: Log in with Registration ID and Password and attach the documents like SSC mark sheet, Category certificate, etc.

Step 7: Verify all the details and make the modifications if necessary.

Step 8: Click on submit after the verification,

Step 9: You will be redirected to the payment gateway website,

Step 10: Pay the required amount and click on the submit button.

Step 11: Congratulations! You have applied successfully for the TN TET Exam 2022.

Step 12: Download the Application form and Payment receipt and take a printout for future reference.

Below are the steps to download the TN TET Admit Card.

Step 1: Click on the following link, you will be redirected to the official website of the Teacher Recruitment Board of Tamil Nadu http://www.trb.tn.nic.in/

Step 2: Find the Notification “TN TET Admit Card Released 2022” and click on it.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the Login page, Fill in the details like User ID and Password and click on login.

Step 4: The Admit Card will be on your screen once you click on Login.

Step 5: Verify all the details like name, date of birth et,c; and download the admit card.

Step 6: Take a printout once you download the admit card for their reference.
