The selection process for the Attendant cum Technician Trainee (Grade- S-1) position at Bokaro Steel Plant consists of two stages:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): The eligible candidates will be required to appear for an objective type test (CBT) consisting of multiple choice questions at any of the centers decided by the Management.
2. Skill/Trade Test: From among those who qualify in the exam (CBT), candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test in the ratio of 1:3 category-wise in order of merit. The Skill/Trade Test will only be of a qualifying nature
