Documents Needed at the Time of Filling the Application Form

• HSC Certificate details
• Aadhar Card details
• Reserved candidates of SC/ST/SEBC must require the card details.
• Candidates with Physical Disabilities (Permanent disability above 40%)need to upload the valid PwD Certificate online, issued by the Unique Disability Identification (UDID) to claim the relaxation. File should be in “PDF” format and not beyond 100 kb to 500 kb. make the payment as advised in the official notification.
