The OSSC JE Recruitment selection process consists of primarily three stages that are:
Candidates appearing for the recruitment must be familiar with the exam pattern for both, the preliminary and mains examinations. The details of the same have been provided in this section.
The OSSC Junior Engineer Prelims Examination will be an objective-type test. Candidates who qualify the same will be shortlisted for the Mains Examination. Keep in mind the following about the OSSC JE exam pattern for the same.

The board will pay a salary as per the 7th pay commission to its employees. The baord will pay the in-hand the salary of Rs. 35,400 to 1,12,400 per month. The service shall be guided by Odisha group B Posts, Contractual Appointment Rule, 2013. The board will increase the salary counting factors like promotion, hard work, and years of service.
