NIC Stands for National Informatics Centre which was established in 1976. NIELIT NIC has released the new exam dates for the post of Scientist B. The exam dates has been postponed to 12th December 2023. Earlier, the exam date was 4th November 2023. Candidates can download the exam dates PDF from the link given in this article.
The National Informatics Centre has officially declared the NIC Scientist B Exam Date for the online screening test round under Advt. no. NIELIT/NIC/2023/1. The NIC Scientist B exam will be held on 4th November 2023 in two shifts i.e., 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM.
The official notification for the NIC Scientist B for the year 2023 has come. . . The NIC has released a total of 71 vacancies for the post of NIC Scientist B under the recruitment notification released for the year 2023. Check the detailed vacancy information as mentioned in the table below.

You can apply for the NIC Exam through Online mode only. To apply for the post of Scientist Exam, follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NIC and search for NIC Scientist B Recruitment Apply online link!
Step 2: You have to register yourself through Email-ID.
Step 3: Enter the required details in the application form.
Step 4: Use a valid email ID that should be kept active till the declaration of results.
Step 5: You should keep a scanned photograph and signature ready as per requirements mentioned in the Official Notification.
Step 6: After filling all the details, pay the Application fee online using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/Cash Cards/Wallets, etc.
Step 7: Take the print out of the Application Form for future reference.
