As per the official notification, the selection process for APDCL Assistant Manager recruitment 2023 is not declared yet. The Board will announce it later given the status/cadre/grade or no. of applications received for each post  Below is the expected APDCL Assistant Manager selection process as per the previous cycle.

• The selection process of the Assistant manager will start with the Computer Based Test (CBT) of a total of 100 marks consisting of Core Subjects of 60 marks, and General English, General Aptitude, Emotional intelligence, and General Knowledge of 40 marks.
• Candidates who will be shortlisted through the examination will be called for 18 marks viva and document verification.
• Once the candidates are selected, they have to go through a pre-employment Medical Examination before joining APDCL. 
• A candidate has to serve a probation period of 2 years and have to sign a service bond of ₹1,00,000 or a salary equal to 3 months.
