The Indian Airforce Group Y selection process will be held in three phases. The details of the same are as follows:

Air Force Group Y Eligibility Criteria 2024

To be eligible for Air Force Group Y recruitment the candidates must fulfill the required eligibility in terms of age, qualification, marital status, etc. Those who do not satisfy the Air Force Group Y Eligibility Criteria will be disqualified. Check details of the same below.

IAF Group Y Age Limit

To be eligible for the said post, the applicants must be 21 years of maximum age (i.e., they must be born between 27th June 2003 to 27th June 2006) [both dates inclusive].

Educational Qualification for Air Force Group Y

To be eligible for the post of IAF Group Y, the applicants must have either of the following qualifications:

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE members with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
• Passed two years vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in the vocational course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.

Air Force Group Y Exam Pattern 2024

The exam pattern for all three phases of the selection process has been mentioned below. The three phases include an online test, physical fitness test, and a medical examination. Phase I - Online Written Test

The online written test will be conducted for 50 marks. The questions will be related to English, Reasoning, and General Awareness. The examination for the Airforce Y Group candidates will be conducted for 45minutes. Go through the overview table below:

Below are the steps to download the admit card for Indian Airforce Group Y 2024. Also note that the admit card will be sent to the registered email ids 48-72 hours before the exam.
